Refund policy

Our return policy allows you to request a return within 14 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g. beauty products).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Customers)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded through your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
